To all you budding golfers out there, be very careful if you want to earn credits through promotions advertised on WGT.

I participated in the William Hill promotion, which was offering 6000 credits when you opened an account and deposited at least £10 and played at least one game.

    No such luck

After many days of emailing Trialpay to get my credits, they have eventually credited my WGT with 2500 credits, not the 6000 as advertised.

I am still in the process trying to get my due credits offered on the day I signed up to the promotion with many excuses from them saying it was only 2500 credits, even though I sent them a copy of the offer page

Don't know if I will get a resolution to the CON!

So to this end think carefully about earning credits on WGT

    Hi Woosie,

    See my recent topic http://www.wgt.com/forums/t/362130.aspx

Seems Trialpay are pulling the same trick more and more recently

I did the William Hill and the Ladbrokes without a problem, but had issues with 21Nova.  Got the credits eventually after sending them various screen shots.  Judging by recent comments TrialPay appear to be getting deliberately obstructive now.  Be warned that the term "Confirms Instantly" no longer applies to these deals.
