  The answer is yes or no or maybe.

  It all would depend on who you are asking.

  Say you really wanted to have a CC named The Good Folks but it was already a CC in existence.

  If the owner wanted to transfer ownership to you so could be the owner and in time transfer your CC members into it - well the answer would be yes.

  If the owner did not want to transfer ownership OR was no longer around to even answer your proposal the answer is no - WGT will not do it,

  I suppose the answer would be maybe but only under totally strange circumstances like you could offer something that gets the owner thinking and not sure.

  Disbanding a CC serves no purpose - you can check it out with Every Day People - the CC although disbanded still remains a CC in WGT's database it's name can never be used again in exactly the same way.

  Not to mention to disband it the owner would have to be the owner and lose ownership of the CC he was formerly owner of.

  I was asked about a merger or possibly take over the club .  I really don't want 2 clubs  . 1 is to much work ...................and I cant belong to 2 clubs anyway .

  
  

  Robert , Did you say AMBIGUOUS ?  Please be more specific with your insults .. thank you . First of all, you don't know what is going on , I am not here to argue with you or anyone else , What drama are you talking about ?

  I was just thinking off the top of my head. I see the OP has already replied regarding why. If it were me, I wouldn't get involved in that drama or with the owner of that CC. Ain't nobody got time for dat!

  You can't merge clubs. All you can do is ask one club's members to join the other one then close the first one.
