    From what I understand from wgt support is that it is a problem in the equipment department and they are aware of the problem. Mine is having to do with the bag, but I have not tried anything since and I will most likely not till I know it is fixed.

    You might want to try asking in another thread in the Bug Log, because I have no idea with the problem with no bag.

    I believe this thread has run it's course.

    Again: This is NOT the "Bag Plus" problem.

    You'll probably have to apply to WGT until they fix it for you - they can!

    Hi there. Had the same problem only I ended up with the rental putter and was charged for it!!!! Did not want it. Wrote them but no answer yet. Hope they do something soon!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi All,

    We are aware of this issue and our Q/A team is looking into this. For the mean time, if you have a mobile device, please try logging in through your mobile device and changing your equipment. If you do not have a mobile device, please contact Customer Support  and advise them that you are not able to change your equipment after a rental. Please note that they are being hit with an influx of these requests so please be patient, they will answer you as soon as possible.
