Will not remove rental

  I have a problem and I can't play, I have rented a putter and my time is up and I cannot remove or replace my old putter. I have made a number of reports. 

  Has anyone other than me have this problem?

  Go into your cache and delete the wgt . file then restart the game .

  Have deleted all cache and uninstalled flash and then reloaded flash, reboot after reboot, and still have error message and unexpected error.

  I don't now how to add a clip, but the message says;

    "Error Saving Changes"

          "10114001"

  Did you also delete the cookies and temp files in your browser that you use for WGT.

   

  I noticed you have a Bag plus, will it let you remove that? If not you might have to contact CS.

  Thanks for contact info. I did all I can do for now. I cleaned all that I can clean to no avail. 

  I'm bummed for sure, If I had the money to buy it, I bet it would work then, other then that, all I can think is that the bug will stay until the 16 hours is up, to get it at the lower price.

  I hope it works before I run into, lost consecutive days played, and I'm under 3,000 XP to make it to lvl 100

  Don't ask me, I just went to my phone just to see if anything would be different. 

  And low and behold, it works on the phone just fine. I came back to the PC and boom it worked. SMH

  The problem that many players have been having with the rentals is being caused by the stand bag. So logically it would work on mobile devices because WGT has not added the stand bag to mobile yet. The game sees your stand bag as a normal bag on mobile. Now if you have your rental club in more than 1 bag of you stand bag that might cause another problem but I don't know for sure.

  I disagree BTB. There's the Bag Plus problem, but this the "Automatic Replacement after Rental" problem which also hits players without bags (like me). It came with the level-up rentals, and it's a Flash problem, thus not on mobile (in HTML5?).

  Sorry to say, I was disencouraged officially to help to solve it on the PC side.

  Hey men, thanks for the input. I just received an answer from wgt support and they are aware of the problem with the bags, I do have two, but only equipt one and they asked to remove the equipment from the bag and I tell you I will wait and not mess with the thing that is the problem in the first place. Everything is back so, I will let it be.

  I have this problem, I do not have any additional bags. It happens after pop up removes rental equipment. Same error code 10114001 Only my 4th day playing, I am playing on facebook.
