Fair enough.  I merely which to state also that, when having a limited edition ball; while playing a good round is lost, defaulting to a starter ball is soul destroying.  It would be nice to equip any ball that you are, technically carrying in your bag.

Other problems exists when it comes to changing balls in a game. Is a tournament being played where a prize is being given? I start with an inferior ball and birdie the first 2 holes. Realizing I have a higher quality sleeve of balls in my bag, I switch thus getting an advantage for the next series of holes. And now you say that programing would be set so this could not happen in tournaments where prizes are offered, And my question is what is to be done with CC tournaments that seem to have no credit prize but do offer clubs or balls to the winner?  No way to know about these tournaments.WGT follows the one ball rule of the USGA as closely as possible. If you want to use all those free balls that you have collected, play practice rounds where you can stop at any time and restart with a different ball albeit at hole #1.

    Firstmrmax:

Where and how do you contact customer service?

There is a CONTACT link at the bottom of pretty much every WGT web site page, but not in the game itself..

when i lost my last ball recently i was allowed to purchase a sleeve of any ball i wished. i even had to buy credits to do this. wgt notified me that i had option to buy  balls or play with starters.

That seems like a reasonable policy. At least it let's you start a round with an "orphan ball."

Before, you stated that the other balls are in your inventory (which is true IMHO), now you place them in your bag - how about a decision or precise wording?

We have but one brand of balls in your bag and we're not allowed to change anything during a round - no clubs, no balls, and not the avatar. This partly follows the Rules of Golf.

It certainly also has a financial aspect (more programming vs. loss of sales), but I don't find it hard to obey, even if there are a lot of single balls in my inventory.

Without regard to the business nature of the site, I am merely stating it would be a nice addition, especially during practice play.
