Re: Unexpected error trying to replace expired rental

    I rented a putter and played a bit. A few hours later, I tried to play again and got the message that my rental period expired and to update my equipment. When I tried to drag the standard putter into the bag, I get an Unexpected Error message. I have tried replaying the game, restarting the browser, and even restarting my system. Unfortunately, the error persists. Consequently, the game is now unplayable. Any ideas?

    Hi MHeavin,

    We are aware of this issue and our Q/A team is looking into this. For the mean time, if you have a mobile device, please try logging in through your mobile device and changing your equipment. If you do not have a mobile device, please contactCustomer Support  and advise them that you are not able to change your equipment after a rental. Please note that they are being hit with an influx of these requests so please be patient, they will answer you as soon as possible.

    i keep getting and nothing i do fixes it. i do not have a bag and i am getting really pissed off. what is up with this crap????????????????????????????????????

    i have exactly the same problem, there is no fix available at this time! when i try to save it following appears. I am also not very amused about it.

    You can use a workaround to solve this issue if you have access to a tablet or smart phone by downloading and logging into the WGT app and changing your equipment from there. If you do not have access to a mobile device, contact customer service using the Contact link at the bottom of the page.

    ok and ya i try your suggested way, i have a smart phone - unfortunately only a apple iphone 5, things are very hard to see sometimes or to type in - but anyway - i try!

    when i logged in with my pc today, the problem was solved! next time when this problem appears in future i try the "handy log in solution" Thank you!
