    Hello all,

I don't post too often, but I have a question on uneven lies game settings.  Is there a way to use the grid to determine where the flat lies are on the FW?

I've been playing WGT since 2009 and feel I have a pretty good knowledge of all game settings, but can't seem to find this option.  I know that the FW is shaded to show some deviations, but this is not optimal.

Hitting to the  flat part of the FW in uneven lies rounds would of course be advantageous.

So if this option is not available, then maybe it can be considered for inclusion in this game in the near future?

    Thanks,

    ~Steam

Not sure if this works off the tee, but try using your pitch shot.  It should display a grid when you are actively holding and/or moving the aimer so you can get a lay of the land.  If I recall the grid is kinda small since it's viewed from much farther away,  but at least it gives you a general idea.

You can use the same trick to read greens from the fairway.
