In earnest, this wish has been posed many times without avail, and declined earlier by a mod, stating that the game would become too easy then.
In fact, the company wants us to spend more balls practicing on the courses, using two shots (or three?) for Mulligans.
BPB back 9 is a common proposal here - flat fairways, broad greens from 10 to 14. STA wouldn't be too ugly, too.
