    Dear Sirs,

thank you for your recent mail (attached). I know that any action is difficult from your location in a city of dubitable existance, but I'm writing to you because I still have no hope.

Subject: Round reminder | Wk 8 9-Hole Single Play

    From: WGT <members@wgt.com>
    Date: Sat, 20 Feb 2016 00:24:04 -0800

    Dear alosso,

The next round of the tournament below has started. Be sure to complete the
    round
before it ends on February 21, 2016 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time and
remember that you have one chance to shoot your best score!

    Details:

Tournament: Wk 8 9-Hole Single Play
    Type: Stroke Play
    Course: CHAMBERS BAY
    Date: 15 Feb - 21 Feb
    Entry Fee: Free
    [...]

Just in case you didn't know, this is a single round tournament, no "next round" available.

Furthermore, I played it right after entering Friday moring (PST) but I had to abort playing due to problems with my equipment - several clubs missing. After my withdrawal, I have no further opportunity to play the first (or second?) round in this game.

    Please accept my futile regards!

    The answer should have read

    Dear alosso,

As you are fully aware, there is and never has been a QA Department at WGT.

Please direct all future inquires regarding QA directly to the Bielefeld Office as we cannot forward these emails on.

If however you have any other questions, we also reserve the right to answer them at our discretion.

On a personal note, as you had problems with your equipment, can I suggest an equipment upgrade. one with a full set as you appear to have left some clubs on the course.

Alternatively please check with the lost property department or in the pro shop as someone may have handed these in.

    Sincerely

    WGT Customer service

    WGT Staff,

Yesterday I played Roberto3410, a Hack, who curiously was able to take a gimme from anywhere on the green. Hence his 3 birdies to my 2 pars and a bogey at Bandons 3par.

Seriously he took gimmes from 10 ft, 8 ft and 4 ft. I repeatedly asked him how he did it, but he did not respond. We were playing for 180 coins.

Obviously this his guy had developed a cheat. I don't want e cheat, but I do want it fixed.

    please advise,

    scottxxy

See above link for the Mods explanation - it is not a cheat, just a ridiculous implementation/idea that should be abolished in any round other than in practice mode.

You cannot call out players in the forums as the player may not be breaking the rules, so if you have doubts or suspicions contact the moderators rather than posting an allegation in the forum.

Agree that this is ridiculous. 10 foot gimmes in coin games? How is a player going to learn how to putt if you give him 10 footers.

    Never up, never in....
