    Dear fellow golfers,

I don't mean to sound condescending, or overly bitter, but come on for crying out loud.

In a recent tournament game, 9 hole, I literally ignored everything the screen had to show me besides direction and wind. On puts I made a quick set up and just tapped buttons three times without regard to strength, distance, or terrain, I scored seven shots higher than the previous round on the same course when I was applying everything I thought I knew about the game! I do believe my time playing this game has reached it's full maximum interest, when I can just mechanically hit buttons at random and score better than when I am genuinely trying, my interest, and fun are at an end.

Your profile page indicates you joined WGT this month...and the fun has already reached its peak?...you must be an over achiever or a multi accounter...lol

Yup your stats are stellar, you are definitely to good for this game. Sorry to see  an exceptional player lose focus so early in their short career.

Seven strokes more is not better.

The cc  tournament I see you played two rounds in a row your second round was 10 strokes worse than the time before.  A mere 21 worse than the leader, over 9 holes.

Well...I guess we can pass on the "over achiever" scenario.

OK - so what have we learned here?

If "everything I thought I knew about the game!" =

    • ave dist to pin 21 ft
    • 1-putt 26%   (only just higher than the 3-putt stat)
    • GIR < 43%
    • NEVER breaking par on either 9 or 18 hole round.

then randomly clicking buttons might give an equally atrocious result, or even better.

    hmmm   no great surprises there!!!

I didn't even know this forum existed during my first month...let alone how to start a thread ...I think we learned a bit more than just his stats.

Well, he has 4 friends...of course Henry Kawa is one of them...I think Henry is on just about ebody's list by now...lol

Oddly enough, he belongs to a CC titled "Canada Rocks", which I have not heard of...but almost all the members are non-Canadian...interesting.
