Cross platform player here. I've looked, maybe not hard enough, but I would suggest an Icon on the mobile game that would distinguish a mobile player from a PC player on the friends list. As of now everyone that's on shows up as available but you cannot play PC players from mobile and visa versa. Having a way to show who's on mobile and and PC would stop a lot of game denials. Just a small suggestion.
