Click on the support button on surveys page and report your problem there.
WGT will not intervene in these situations and even if they did putting your complaint in the forum is not the right way to contact them, there is a customer service link at the bottom of every page.
To keep your sanity treat surveys like a game and realise that you win some and you lose some.
It's not right but that's the reality of the situation.
