I joined this CC soon after I started here on WTG and soon after making my aquaintatance the owner 'BubbaGums' (Sarah) offered to coach me. She taught me so much and cleared away a lot of the issues I'm sure many new starter experience (then leave) when you first veture onto this addictive but often frustrating game.
She showed me techniques in hitting the 'ding' just about every time, club ranging, putting, which clubs are worth buying and how to calculate different green speeds. In less than 2 weeks I'm now a Tour Pro.
I would urge any new starter to join up and seek her advice, she is very welcoming (and although she won't thank me for saying it, easy on the eye tooo lol!). She makes the game so much more enjoyable.
