I'm lucky when it comes to bathroom breaks, the bog is really close to where I play. Anyone playing on a laptop could just sit on the throne while playing anyway.
The default timerbeing 60 seconds doesn't help, if you use 90 seconds then you have nearly 3 minutes even during a 2 player game. Unless you take the a book in with you this should be enough for most situations.
