  After logging on the opening page downloads to 53% and then hangs - will not download further. Please help

  Hi,

  Try clearing cookies + flash for all browsers and then try. Here is how

   

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.
