Why is it that after a rental  do we then have to spend the next 24 hours continuously declining the offer to purchase the clubs that we rented ? It makes no sense if we like the club then we will buy it with out all of the heckling by WGT . Once we decline the offer that should be more than sufficient not having to do so over and over for a 24 hour period .

The same also applies for the club passes . Once used we shouldnt have to always decline the pass offer to purchase for more than one time each 24 hour period or pass period . Once the free pass is used the offer to purchase should only be made one time after the decline it should not be made again . Every time we start a game to have to decline the offer is a bit much .

If a player wants to purchase more passes then they know how to go to the pro shop and buy more . So give us a break WGT stop acting like you are so hard up for money .

    Are you sure?

    Are you really sure?

    Are you really, really sure?

Can't I tempt you just one last time?

Okay, this is definitely the last time (but it won't be)

Go on, you know you want to

So I pay $60.00 a month to watch Foxtel ( mainly for SPORT ) and I get to watch ad after ad after ad.

WGT is just trying to keep me in my comfort zone. Thanks folks.

Maybe someone should purchase a club or two just to keep "them" happy.

There is only one club I want and I'm not paying $46.95 ( $72.00 Australian ) for it. I'd rather watch the ads on Fox. Or buy a nice big bottle of Turkey or JB

Madison Avenue has a lot to answer for.

    :-0)

    Wow!  Really?

With all due respect, with all the gameplay issues, disconnects, workarounds, and other hoops we all have to jump through just to play this game, that's a heckuva rant for an event that instantly and reliably disappears each occurrence with a single mouse click.  If only everything was this easy...

Those annoying dialog boxes are invented and maintained by other people than the ones with the potential skills to fix the disconnect issues. So fixing this simple problem will propbably not even slow down the attempts to fix those multiple much more difficult problems.

My solution for the passes would be to turn the notification about the next pass into a button that only calls the dialog box when you actually want to use a pass. Or it this is too difficult to implement jusr add this to the menu.

Even the hardcore developers have been trying to get rid of the disconnects and flaky meters for years. It looks to me like the WGT current flash based software system used on personal computers needs a complete overhaul. And that even independend from the fact that flash is on the way out and will virtually dissapear once Adobe stops maintaining it on PCs too. Other platforms already lost their flash support.

My guess is that WGT plans to enhance the capabilities of the mobile version and then port it to the PC. And then the fun and games will really start until that new system starts to run smoothly.
