  Hello everyone,

  I can't log on and play. Everytime I try the page just keeps running and loading? I was able to log on to the fourms using a link, but still can't play.

  Any help would be great! :)

  Have you tried to clear your browser and flash cache.  You can do them here

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.

  I have a similar propblem since 03/03/11. I can login no problem. I then click the play now icon and the game loads to 36 percent and just stays there. I tried what bogeybuster suggested with regards to deleting browsing history and cashe but still my load does not go past 36. My pc does not freeze nor does the load time out...it just stays at load 36 percent...help. I am missing the game.

  I wish I could help you. Last night I could only load the game by hitting the play now option on the left of the screen.

  Tonight I can load from my facebook page. Go figure?

  Hope you can get it to load and play again.
