  Why does WGT not respond to emails on companies who have not paid out Credits due

  I should have received credits in January for item puchased from Vista, but none were paid

  Emailed WGT 4 times...no answer

  It has made me wary of dealing with these companies

  Has anyone else experienced same and how did they resolve problem?

  If youre reffering to credits through offers, Go to the offers page and in the top right corner there's a link for support. Click thatand it gives you a page with individual contact links for each offer. 

  WGT does not have anything to do with you receiving the credits from these offers so complaining to them about it will do you no good. It is all up to the company in the offer.

  had similar problem last year and emailed wgt threatening to tell friends NOT to use product that owed me credts, within 48 hours apology received and credits given
