What's the chance of having a choice to play for either strokes or points in CC Tournaments and maybe in the head to head games?

This should help in the participation in Club Clash events too. To me there is a more Rambo type play involved with the point system of scoring. Some players would better understand the scoring system if they see it in a casual way and can adjust to it.

Keep the stroke play score still as the record for tiers and such, just like in clashes.

Just my thoughts to expand CC Tournaments.

Be careful what you wish for:

New program expansions almost inevitably means new flaws expanding - QA is not their strongest asset. Luckily, they don't do much in this direction.

As for your players, tell them to hack the best scores they can - the Clash Events are more a mass event than a quality event!

I would normally agree wholeheartedly but in this case I'm not so sure.

When my scorecard appears between pins, i sometimes for an instant see the points format, similar in effect to the appearance of PB #8 prior to tee shots.  As such, I can't help but wonder if implementing the OP's suggestion might actually fix a few issues.

Speaking of the PB8 glitch, its truly scary to think how thin the code must be being stretched at the moment, being as this egregiously unprofessional-looking glitch has been with us for quite a while now.  (Sigh!)  I guess self-respect ain't what it used to be!

From what I have read the PB8 thing is not a glitch. It was intentional and somehow has helped the disconnects in multiplayer games.

Even so, doesn't change my feelings about the code, appearance, or lack of pride.  Good ol' WGT
