I can't remove this player from my friends list, it must be some glitch, because this player is 100% inactive.
There used to be a workaround for this. Try blocking your unwanted friend, then remove, or block then unblock then remove, or block, unblock, remove, wash cat, go shopping.....lol, something along those lines. : )

Yup, I have put him on my blocked players list and he had vanished without a trace.
