hey

got a new laptop with windows 7 on. keep getting this error message

10 error

error 2032

retry load

Have tried reloading but to no avail.tried clicking "yes" and "no" but it only helps for that hole.

any suggestions would be great?

can you try clearing cookies/temp files and then re-try please

did as you said but it didnt work but I have since turned laptop off and rebooted and it works fine so far.
