What options are present if the Country Club owner is absent for a long period of time (6 months or longer after playing ever day for 2 years)  ?

Can someone else - Director take over, if the owner ever returns ownership would be gladly returned.

Or   Can a Director in the Club have the rights to change the status from a recruit to member for someone in the club.?

    +1

The owner may give some rights to administer the CC to his Directors or other members.

The owner may try to transfer ownership to another account.

The owner may shut the CC down.

The owner is protected by the company NOT to lose his ownership without his consent.

Without the owner, there is no chance to accept applying members (you might be able to invite them though), and there is no chance to delete members from the CC list. Thus, there will be more and more inactive members.

Without the owner, members' status cannot be altered, all new members will remain Recruits forever.

Also, the owner's tools are unavailable (change members' privileges etc.)
