  How is it people can time out before a round is over, and as long as they had a lower score at the time than anyone else at the end, they win the round, even if they only play 1/2 or less of the holes....a time out should be a forfeit, but at the end it says they win?

  It's a flaw in programming, but you will know who really won the game, and there's no record of the outcome.
