Re: log in area not loading

  I can't get the log in section to log in and play. The home page loads but the left hand log in area doesn't load so I can't log in. I have the latest flash player installed, latest versions of IE and Chrome, deleted all my cache and browsing history. No idea why the log in area won't load.

  Hi

  Login area employs flash, so if it doesn't work, it's an issue with that. I suspect it may need to be reinstalled, but that's something that you have to check for yourself

  I've tried that. Will try again. Now it goes autmatically to the game client and gets stuck at 77 in the little circle. Is that also flash?

  It shouldn't go to game directly.  Not unless you are using some sort of shortcut or save url on exit. Must be some issues there. I always recommend going to www.wgt.com and then clicking the play now button.

  Same thing happens if I go through www.wgt.com and click play now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled flash using the link you provided in the "optimizing WGT" and it still isn't working. Any other ideas?

  As usual WGT is of no help. My game just stopped in the middle of a match. There is nothing wrong with my computer. It sure is odd that all of a sudden sooo many people are having trouble. Must be some crazy virus that struck suddenly. Here is what's gonna happen...WGT will get this fixed...I don't care how but you better get it done or I will call my credit card company and stop the charges. If that happens you can stick your game up your fat rear end.

  what happens now. do you see the button but it still gets stuck on same % or something different occurs>?

  I figured out the problem. In "settings" you have to check the box that says "allow third party flash content to store data on your computer." If this is not checked, you will have the problems that I experienced. It is working now.
