  I only play the stroke play options on my iPad.  My average does not change.  I have played well over 100 of the 3 or 9 hole head to head matches as a Tour Pro.  Do these type of matches not count?

  I take it you're referring to coin games. None of those count as ranked rounds so they don't affect your average.

  Yes they don't, because they are counted as practice rounds.

  Play stroke play tournaments, or go via the "courses" tab - and avoid Par3 and Par5 courses.
