  I just bought 2000 credits and was supposed to get 4 free gold X golf balls, why are they not in my equipment?

  Hello, 

  I'm seeing that you did receive the free balls. 

  To select and equip new virtual golf clubs and balls in the game, follow these steps: 

  1) Select the MY EQUIPMENT option after purchase, or on the My Profile page, or in the Game Menu

  2) Click and Drag the new club or ball from your INVENTORY to IN MY BAG

  3) Click the SAVE CHANGES button
