  still not received my free golf ball that I tried to redeem on Christmas day anyone else had this problem

  Contact Customer Service thru the link at the bottom of the page.  They sent mine out once I did that.

  Same here. Originally, I wasn't going to contact them. But then I decided to do so. It took them less than 10 minutes to respond and put the ball into my inventory.

  It may have taken less than a minute if they didn't change their mind 3 times. LoL
