Re: Losing CC Pass in non-recorded CC Clash game!

  Hello,

  So you use your CC Pass to play a CC Clash Game and earn point to your club. The current clash ends mid game and your points will not be added. Damn, you wasted many minutes of your time plus your potentially good score will not be recorded. But not only that - you don't even get your CC Pass back!? 

  Two times today this happened. Lastly on the last putt on the 18th actual hole. 
  Everybody understands the deadline of a certain clash going on for a certain period, but needless to say the only logical and of course fair thing would be that you get to re-use the CC pass for the next clash.

   

  I hope it is just a bug and that Ill get my passes back cause this game is already on the verge of having a lousy name due to many complaints of unfairness.

  What are your thoughts? Remember this is a question of simple fairness and not a blame game, so "it's your own fault"-comments are irrelevant.

  WGT conditions are clear: Deadlines count to the second, and there are no automatic refunds. You start too late, you finish too late - your bad.

  BTW: Customers' wishful thinking is the most irrelevant item in this circus.

  stop playing clashes you wont have these issues

  Can empathise as have had a similar experience;

  Bloody annoying when you buy a pass and get half way through your round, and a message comes up that the clash is over and your points/pass are forfeited ... especially when there is still more than 40 minutes to go before the clash officially ends (according to the timer!!). What's going on?

  Can't tell about the timer error I'm afraid, but about paying for passes:

  Don't buy a CC pass, NEVER!

  Your CC is not in the Top 50, is it?

  I would go a step further, this is one of the most distressing things I have read in these forums....I can only imagine the sleepless nights he has had to endure since the loss of the pass.....................
