  LMAO..certainly is....

  Bit tardy getting back to this..( ok, I'd forgotten till logged in today )  ;-))

  Decided on the 'spur' to have a few days walking in the Sierras to shake off the Holiday cobwebs....it was damn cold up there at nights but beautiful views and some hidden gems to be found like a waterfall half way up a mountain that just disappears into a sort of 'sinkhole', not to be seen again till sea level...

  Anyway, sleeves sent to Lonnie711 ( just cause I like his posts in general ) and Paul.T

  Thanks for the sleeve kind sir and glad to hear that you are able to get out and about and have fun again . They say that pain is lifes way of letting you know that you are still alive after a serious injury . But I say that pain is lifes way of telling you to not do that again . So remember the older you get the more it will hurt because at your age you are supposed to know better . Happy 2017 Andy :-)
