  I have only played on my phone. Know it says my device don't match. Like I said I have never played anywhere else. What do I do?

  Call www.wgt.com from a PC with a browser&Flash, log in with your "mobile" user data and hit "PLAY NOW". Some mobile games are missing there but there may be new ones for you.

  Try deleting and re-installing the game on your phone, that might solve your problem.

  Paul's idea works when things get "stuck" on the phone. While I don't play on the phone, I do us the app to get credits and have had to reload the app several times to get it working properly when it gets caught in a loop.

  You don't say if it is Apple or Android.

  There was an update of the Apple app last night but it worked well with me on my Iphone 6s Plus a few minutes ago. Maybe there was an Android update as well. Maybe that is your problem.

  I just checked my Lenovo Android tablet and there doesn't appear to have been an update to the Android app.

  I had connection issues with the new iPhone app as well.  Deleted/reinstalled, same connection issues.  Restarted the phone, logged in again to WGT and ok now.  Good luck!
