  On 13 Jan 17 I posted a question about this grey box. Thank you to those who responded.  I have windows 10 with IE as my browser. The responses were related to Chrome possibly being the issue. Does anyone have any other ideas. (PS, I am completely computer illiterate so try to simplify responses, thanks)

  PainterDude, are you 100% sure that it's IE on which you are encountering this grey box?  I've never seen this on IE, only Chrome and Edge. The icons for Edge and IE are very similar.

  If you are seeing a grey box with a play button over the log in/friends area in your Edge browser, this is why. CLICK.
