I have hit three aces on Belitz Betpage Black 7 and every time, it locks up the game???  The very next hole my game will go to a gray screen and the game locks up.  The replay is lost and I get no points for the damn ace!  WTF!!!!

Come on, someone help me out here!  it just happened again.  I hit another ace and what happens?!?!? On the next hole, the game goes to a gray screen and locks up.  I still hear the birds chirping, but nothing else will work and the saved ace is also lost!  Finally, this is the only problem I have ever had with the program.  It has never frozen, except this hole and game.

Unfortunately, we can't help you with the game's Bermuda Triangles. You may ask WGT via "Contact" below.

Out of curiosity, which kind of game are you playing? Rated strokeplay should continue when you return.

With the exception of 2 ranked rounds it looks like all he plays is blitz and CTTH. The 7th @ BPB in CTTH and Blitz is the 33 yard bunker shot. Not sure if CTTH and Blitz can continue after a lockup. Not sure if there is a way to tell if he was playing regular blitz with other players or single player blitz.

In Blitz and CTTH, there is no practice option, only "tracked" and "Challenge".
A tracked CTTH would be saved automatically when I quit (x-ed out),
    but I can't simulate a lockup.

And, all our guessing doesn't really help without significant information.

To the OP: A hole-out from a bunker is not an ace, doesn't count towards the stats.

In CTTH and Bliitz holing out from the bunker on BPB 7 is most certainly considered an ace and is counted in your CTTH stats as a ace as is all holed out shots in CTTH and Blitz.  I know because I have made an ace on that shot a few times myself. The stat they are saved in is"hole-in-ones CTTH courses" .

Is this in the pop up when you click stats on your profile page?  I don't have that, maybe because I've never made one in CTTH.

Personally I don't consider them an ace either, for me they're a holed approach shot.  At best.

A hole in one should be from the tee in order to be considered as such.

No, MM it is tracked in awards > Master your game >

    Tin Holes-in-One - CTTH Courses

And you are correct you did not make one you made two LoL
