  Hello, I have tried to redeem credits after I earn enough after watching commercials but I never get them.  I click the button redeem but it don't happen and my credits disappear.   I need help with this if anyone could help me.

  Try contacting members services. They are normally pretty helpful with this sort of thing :)

  I have had the same problem. I have lost 75 credits because of this. I sent a note to their (not WGT) tech support and never heard anything.

  Question yourself:

  Would it be better to put in more effort to redeem 75 cr of virtual currency
  or to spend 0.75 $ of real money?

   

  IMHO, players going for "free credits" must accept to spend a lot of time
  and also accept the feeling of getting scammed.
