    Hi there,

I've been playing WGT for 142 days now, and am on the verge of Level 80.

I started to wonder where I stack up, so was looking at my country club team members and noted the huge cluster of players at around Level 93-98. Obviously, these levels take a lot more XP to reach, so I decided to breakdown the levels based on "time taken to achieve". What I found was very surprising.

I took as a base Level 100 and estimated that to attain it takes 834 days of more or less consecutive play ( factoring in the Consecutive days bonus etc).

Working backwards I then developed the following table to shows what levels really mean, as a percentage of this. It turns out my Level 80 is really only 17% of the way to Level 100, so in reality I am still a long, long way off....

The mid-point to reaching Level 100 is actually Level 93, so anyone below this is actually closer to a first-day hacker than Level 100. Very interesting!

Feel free to check your "Real Level" here:

WGT Level Real Level Days to attain
    5 1 5
    10 1 10
    15 2 15
    20 2 20
    25 3 26
    30 4 32
    35 5 42
    40 6 52
    45 7 62
    50 9 72
    55 10 82
    60 11 93
    65 12 103
    70 14 113
    75 15 126
    80 18 147
    85 23 191
    90 33 278
    93 50 396
    95 61 505
    100 100 834

Another way to look at it:

Real Level WGT Level Real Days
    10 55 83
    20 82 166
    30 88 249
    40 91 332
    50 93 415
    60 94 498
    70 96 581
    80 97 664
    90 98 747
    100 100 834

This explains the log jamming of levels.  One final cut. This is how many days you can expect to remain at a certain level from Level 73 up to 100 assuming you keep your consecutive days played streak alive. Based on this the average player will spend the most time at Level 97 and as the CDP grows ever larger eventually Levelling up becomes easier again. (First 72 levels takes 125 days).

Interesting read! unfortunately w/o any hints to your calculation basis. Would you mind to publish the "daily activity list" for your scenario?

Have you checked the Level&XP reference? Wonder how you knew the conditions above L134?

From the XPs, the mid-point is in L95, but CDP may have a big effect there.

    Thanks for elaborating and posting!

    Hi alosso,

    Thanks for your interest.

My calculation is based on my own personal CDP, which is currently at Day 115, or 1225XP. I have been playing WGT in totality for 147 days, so the calculations aren't perfect, but the chart was made, somewhat selfishly for my own purposes so I can predict with relatively high accuracy how long it will take me to level up.

I began with my current Level 72 as it was then, and through various sources, including your own post. I observed the incremental trend for levels, so it's an estimate only.

More than happy to send you my excel file if you give me an email address.

I include CDP, the assumption I'll play one Tournament round using my CC Pass a day which gets me 400XP, shot XP, CC bonus, and Other XP for various bonuses/achievement etc. I last recalibrated my estimates 16 days ago and so far have strayed up by 900XP, mainly due to some extra playing I've done this week.

I also factored in special CDP days where it's tripled, and trawled forums to get this info.

As it happens I reached Level 80 this morning. Based my estimates I will reach the next milestones on the following dates:

    Level 80: 22 March, 2017

    Level 90:  1 August, 2017

    Level 95:  15 March 2018

    Level 100: 7 February 2019

Obviously if I break my CDP streak, which is always a possibility this will be reset and the dates will take considerably longer. I imagine if someone has been playing since WGT inception, let's say 1/10/2017 then their CDP is approximately 10,000XP per day, so levelling up actually gets easier, especially after passing the mountain that is the Level 90s.

Thanks for the insight - impressive calcs!

Phantastic detail with the CDPs' extra bonus! When looking at longer streaks, you'd have to consider the "old" calcs before October(?) 2016...

I only joined in October, 2016, so am unfamiliar with the older calculations. I wonder who has the longest active streak at present?

So you started with the new scheme.

Before (September?), the CDP took six days to mount to it's max of 880 XPs. It may still be in the FAQs(?).

There is a thread on the biggest streak, and it may be close to 2,000 or above that.
