  Have gone from signup to almost level 10 this afternoon - saw several messages that said credits would be given as I leveled up but none are showing up.

  Look into your account to see any payments.

  On PC, it's right above the PLAY NOW button.

  I don't know it this special feature for low levels is mentioned anywhere on the site and I don't know the exact rules, but imagine that it might have been cancelled(?)

  Credits for level up ? Never see that, credits are for tier up.

  There is / was. Low levels would receive a few credits for levelling up.

  At the top of the play screen RIGHT NOW it shows "Earn 50 credits at L15". In the same area it has shown that i should have gotten credits for L3, L5, L7, and L10. Sitlll showing no credit balance.

  Have looked there several times, but did again at your suggestion. Still no credits showing. My play screen has displayed a message that I should have recievd credit for several levels previously, and currently displays the message "Earn 50 credits at L15".
