    Just curious how some players show up as like a tier master and are only at level 78 and have a avg score of 75. I have also saw others at a Legend tier and only level 79.

    Level and tier are 2 different things.  How fast someone tiers up depends on how they play and their skill.  Averages reset with the first ranked round played after tiering up.
