Also try a different browser , most of us a version of Maxthon browser. There`s Maxthon 3 , 4.9 Cloud or Maxthon 5 anyone of which may work well for you . But to be on the safe side google "Best Browsers" for your system and you will get a list of browsers to try and you may have to go through them all before you find the right one best for you .
