I'm new here, so if I've posted this in the wrong section, apologies in advance.  That said, I need help, and this is the help section, so I figured this would be a good place to start.

A few days ago I completed an offer for credits.  The offer said the credits would be paid out in 10 minutes, but they never arrived.  After a few hours I contacted Peanut Lab and inquired after the credits.  They responded and said that sometimes it could take as much as 24 hours to receive the credits, and to please follow up with them after 24 hours if the credits had still not arrived in my account.

After 24 hours I still had not received any credits, so I sent them an e-mail inquiry, complete with screen shots showing both the offer parameters as well as proof of my completion of my obligation under the terms of the offer.

They responded and basically said "sorry, we can't help you".

I responded, explaining that their response really wasn't adequate, reiterating that I'd done my part and I'd appreciate it if they would reciprocate.

    They never responded.

Now, I know they couldn't care less about me - so while I'm disappointed by their behavior, I'm not surprised.  My hope though is that there is someone at WGT who *does* care about WGT players, and who would be inclined to help me get the reward that I have rightfully earned.

Is there anyone out there who can point me in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance.

Figured I'd follow up with the resolution, for anyone who might read this in the future when trying to resolve a similar issue.

First, I got no response from anyone at WGT - so take note that asking them for help is probably ineffective.

When it became evident that neither PL nor WGT cared much about the issue, I filed a formal complaint against PL with the BBB - this got PL's attention, and resulted in a very quick and satisfactory resolution of the matter.  While it's disappointing that PL whiffed on the chance to resolve this without mediation from the BBB, it's nice to know that consumer advocacy isn't dead.
