    Hi Lee

I used Opera for a while until it went haywire and would crash on me half way through a round so I changed to maxthon 5 and that was even worse, now I play the game on Android device 80% of the time and when I play on laptop I use an old version of internet explorer and it seems to work fine, still get the odd meter fart but I guess that's the norm,If I play on laptop it depends on what time of the day that I play which deters how smooth the meter is?

I use opera and it works great on windows 10. Clear the flash storage every once in while, 3 or 4 months as maintenance. I used to play on vista and it was so slow, I bought this computer.

If you have google chrome on there, it is a resource hog. I had to disable the startup of it

I agree.  With Windows 10 I play either on Opera version 46.0.2597.57 with Flash 26.0.0.137 or Maxthon version 4.9.3.1000 with Flash 18.0.0232 and very seldom have any problems.

To a certain extent which browser works well on your computer depends on your computer.  When running Windows 7 I played using Maxthon 3 and it worked very well.  In all cases I have disabled auto updates on all browsers and flash versions used for WGT.

Sometimes you have to experiment a bit to see what will work.

Thanks to ALL for suggestions and comments.  The biggest issue I have, as stated in original post, is Opera worked GREAT until around May.  I've hardly ever had meter issues.  Don't know if it was an upgrade, but since that time the meter has been jerky in the standard window, but smooth in "expanded" window.

Why would the standard window be jerky and the expanded by smooth?

    Signed,

Try this link and clear your flash storage. This is for your computer's flash and do it about every 4-6 months. It might help.

Thanks for the suggestions Don.  I've tried that in the past as well.  Also ate all my cookies, and gave away my cache, and ran CC Cleaner.  Checked every setting I know to check.

Appears to be a lost cause.

    Cheers!
