How do you change the level of balls. All the ball level I can buy is hack level . I'm a master why can't I buy higher levels of balls.
That "Hack" you see means Hack and above can buy them. The box above that tells the level you need to buy them. The only balls you personally can't buy at your level are the high level (92) Nikes.

The other exception is a few balls that have a tier requirement. Cally has L45 and L55 Legend + balls. WGT has 4 L30/Legend + balls. Max also has a few that have a tier requirement.
