  Just purchased a sleeve of the Nike 71 balls. After the purchase my inventory shows I was credited 1 ball not 1 sleeve. Whats the fix for this?

  contact customer support and tell them what happened and they will reimburse you.  Next time purchase balls in the pro shop until they fix the problem

  I had purchased 2 sleeves also and only received 2 balls and was charged for 2 sleeves.

  I would suggest sending CS a message about this and they should be able to add the 2 balls that are missing. There is a recent issue where balls purchased though the game client, like with the "Buy a Sleeve" button when you have one ball left, are only giving one ball instead of a sleeve. To avoid this for the time being, purchase balls through the ProShop and not the game client and this should be ok.

  I have had the same experience with Calloway Slow Meter balls yesterday 6/5/17, ordered a sleeve and received 1 and have tried to get onto support. Support does not appear to be working on my PC as all I get is an error notification. Can anyone tell me if there is an alternative method of contacting WGT.

  I am missing a sleeve of NIKE 71 balls purchased on 6-3-2017 for 450 credits.
