  Danny makes a good point about paying for PP and SP out of pocket. But is there any sense in leaving a CC which does nothing, to join a CC which does nothing?

  What many players do is join a CC where their friends are located. Most CCs have PP/SP.

  ...do senior players even use these things?

   All I'm saying is.......     If one was leaving a CC  (for whatever reason)  and just needed a landing spot (while researching other CC's to join)....... it would be better than spending out of pocket (should that individual use PP and SP).....      only a gesture......  a take it or leave kinda thing......
