  Can anyone please tell me whats causing the game to skip and stutter?

  The swing meter is where it occurs most....

  Swing meter stutter on PC?

  It runs without connection to WGT, so that's a local phenomenon, everything that occupies the CPU: CPU and memory load, drive load, WLAN & LAN load...

  A regular culprit is Flash, blocking memory over time. Thus, the first measure is to close all(!) browser windows to clear that, and re-open (also possible during solo play).

  Next, stop downloads and music and other unnecessary programs and processes on your PC and observe if another client uses your LAN+WLAN.

  Some browsers work better than others - try them out!

  It can also depend on what browser you are using - I have had issues myself over the years and have been using Chrome as a browser for some time 

   

  I was able to fix the prob in Chrome as my stuttering was happening because my Browser was blocking plug ins 

  THere is a a little red mark upper right hand of Chrome Screen showing this is happening and by clicking on it you can allow plugins and then the stutter goes away
