I have bee a member since june 2009 without complaining until now. waiting on 3 minute commercial before game starts is outrageous.
Please note that there are longer ads - 5 mins I heard.
User's workaround: Ad blockers.

Add blocker, was more trouble than it was worth the last time I used it. It might be perfect for YOU, but I still DL free credits so you KNOW what a pain in the *** it can be to do that. It disables some opportunities to get free credits unless you want to alter it every time you want to DL credits. More work for certain than just waiting for the add to finish...... catch 22.
