Like B0gey said, convert to yards and add or subtract to the distance. More important is how your ball will act after it lands. Higher elevations cut your shot arc down and a lot of times just figuring the right distance to the pin is not enough.
BPB#5 is a good example. You add the elevation in and your shot still comes up short because the end of that shot, where the arc is descending, hits the slope and stops. So you club up more but then the ball comes in very hot because you had to club up to get there and you find yourself running through the green.
Congressional 18 is another example in reverse. If you play to the yardage you come up with just by subtracting the 35 foot drop in elevation chances are you're going to run into trouble because the end of that shot is some serious roll.
