    I just hit a 350 yrd drive on hole 16 at st Andrews and I haven't been given the platinum long drive award, why?

    on the stats page on my score card it said my longest drive was 316 yds, I know what I saw and my drive was definitely 350 yds.

    sort it out out WGT.

    could be a few reasons

    1. a/s or practice mode

    2. shot ended up in rough or fringe?

    Hi

    it was a ranked round, and the ball did end up in the rough behind the green, but why would this make any difference?

    For a drive to count it must be on the green or on the fairway.

    For stats sake, it would be counted as a missed FIR.
