not sure if this is the right section to post this but i figured I'd ask anyway, a friend of mine that plays the game has asked me to post here asking if there is anyway he's able to recover his account, he has forgotten his password and the email address that was used to sign up back in 2012 or am i right in assuming that without this info the account wont be accessible anymore.
