  Is it possible for someone who is not registered on WGT to send money to you through the net so you can get credits to purchase new clubs?

  Is there a way for someone who is not on here to send something to your account?

  As far as I know the answer to both questions is no. 

  The first one can be got around by using the other person's PayPal account to buy credits, as long as they agree to this of course!

  If by send something you mean gift clubs or balls, that's impossible.  Someone not registered here cannot go to the pro shop to send gifts.

  no and no

  there are other ways to get $, such as person can send you via paypal and then you buy credits via your own paypal account
