Hi community i registered for a casino site for free credits and deposited 10 it says credits to WGT is instant but not happening here, any ideas?
Ok what you have to do is file a ticket through the ad site WGT cant and wont help you with this . After you file the ticket give it a few days to investigate it and see what happens . If you get the run around from the ad sponsor then contact your card company and stop the payment .
Let them know that you deposited to a site in exchange for the credits and did not receive them . They will return your money to you , With every card purchase you have any where from 30 - 90 days to challenge any purchases made on your card .
