  Meter doesnt stop when clicked,  rebooted, updated Firefox, updated Flash, still cant play.  I'm ready to uninstall

  Check your Firefox version, if it's 55.0.3 ... revert back to 54.0.1.

  Or consider Maxthon 4.9.  I've had great results most of the time with Maxthon as my WGT browser.
